We begin by obtaining consent from aged care facilities, residents, and their families, guaranteeing transparency and respect throughout the journey.
Once consent is secured, we conduct comprehensive screenings including:
Hearing Assessments, Tympanometry Testing, Speech Reception Threshold Assessments, and Earwax Removal through Curetting and Syringing.

Following these examinations, we provide tailored Rehabilitation programs, Hearing Aid fittings and Tinnitus Managment empowering residents and staff with effective tools and strategies to manage hearing health.

Our service area spans from the Blue Mountains to the Central Coast and throughout Greater Sydney.

All services are fully subsidized, ensuring there is no cost to the facility or resident unless they choose to upgrade to premium hearing devices.
